The 2SC5707-TL-E is an NPN bipolar junction transistor designed for general-purpose switching and amplification applications. It features a collector-emitter voltage rating of 50V and collector current capability of 8A, with a maximum power dissipation of 1W. The device offers a minimum DC current gain (hFE) of 200 at 500mA collector current and 2V Vce, and a low collector-emitter saturation voltage of 240mV maximum at 3.5A.
