The 2SC4706 is a high-voltage silicon NPN triple diffused planar transistor manufactured by Sanken. It is designed for switching regulator and general purpose applications. The device provides a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 600 V minimum, a collector-base voltage of 900 V maximum, and an emitter-base voltage of 7 V maximum. Collector current is rated at 14 A, with pulse capability to 28 A, and the DC current gain (hFE) ranges from 10 to 25 at VCE = 4 V and IC = 7 A.
