The ROHM Semiconductor 2SC4672 is a low frequency NPN bipolar junction transistor designed for general-purpose applications. It offers a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 50V and a continuous collector current rating of 3A, with a pulse capability of up to 6A.
Key electrical characteristics include a low saturation voltage, typically 0.1V at 1A collector current and 50mA base current, and excellent DC current gain. The transition frequency is rated at a minimum of 25MHz at 100MHz.
This transistor comes in an MPT3 package, suitable for through-hole mounting. It complements the 2SA1797 transistor in circuit designs. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to +150°C, with storage temperatures from -55°C to +150°C.
