The 2SC4467 is a silicon NPN triple diffused planar transistor from Sanken Electric, designed for audio and general purpose applications. It features a collector-emitter voltage (VCEO) of 120V, collector-base voltage (VCBO) of 160V, and a continuous collector current (IC) of 8A.
