The Toshiba 2SC4116-GR,LF is an NPN epitaxial silicon bipolar transistor designed for low-frequency amplification and general-purpose audio applications. It features a collector-emitter voltage (VCEO) of 50V, a collector current (IC) of 150mA, and a DC current gain (hFE) range of 70 to 700 (GR grade). The transistor offers excellent hFE linearity with a typical ratio of 0.95 between low and high current levels, and low noise figure of 1 dB typical. It is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications. The device is housed in a compact SC-70 (SOT-323) surface-mount package, suitable for space-constrained designs. The complementary PNP type is 2SA1586.
