The 2SA2071T100Q is a PNP bipolar junction transistor from ROHM Semiconductor designed for high-speed switching and low-frequency amplifier applications. It features a collector-emitter voltage rating of -60V, a continuous collector current of -3A, and a power dissipation of 2W when mounted on a ceramic board. The transistor offers low saturation voltage (typ. -200mV at 2A) and a transition frequency of 180MHz, making it suitable for inductive and capacitive load driving.
