The 2SA2039-TL-E is a PNP bipolar junction transistor designed for general-purpose switching and amplification applications. It is rated for a collector-emitter voltage (VCEO) of 50V and a continuous collector current (IC) of 5A, with a pulse current capability of 7.5A. The transistor offers a DC current gain (hFE) range of 200 to 560 at 500mA and 2V, and a transition frequency (fT) of 360MHz at 500mA and 10V.
Key electrical characteristics include a low collector-emitter saturation voltage of 430mV maximum at 2A and 100mA base current, and 195mV maximum at 1A and 50mA base current.
