The 2N7002T-7-F is an N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated, designed to minimize on-state resistance while maintaining superior switching performance. It is ideal for high-efficiency power management applications such as DC-DC converters, power management functions, battery operated systems, and solid-state relays.
Key electrical specifications include a drain-source voltage of 60V, continuous drain current of 115mA at 25°C, and a maximum on-resistance of 7.5 Ohm at 50mA drain current and 5V gate drive. The gate threshold voltage is 2V maximum at 250µA, enabling logic-level drive. Input capacitance is 50pF at 25V drain-source, supporting fast switching. Power dissipation is 150mW at 25°C ambient.
The device is housed in an ultra-small SOT-523 surface mount package with matte tin plated terminals. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging (3000 pieces per reel).
