The 2N7002LT7G is an N-Channel enhancement mode MOSFET from On Semiconductor, designed for low-power switching applications. It features a maximum drain-source voltage of 60 V and a continuous drain current of 115 mA at 25°C case temperature, derated to 75 mA at 100°C. Pulsed drain current capability is 800 mA. The device has a typical on-resistance of 7.5 ohms maximum at Vgs = 10 V and Id = 500 mA, with recommended gate drive voltages of 5 V and 10 V. The gate threshold voltage is 2.5 V maximum at Id = 250 µA. Input capacitance is 50 pF typical at Vds = 25 V. Power dissipation is limited to 225 mW on an FR-5 board and 300 mW on an alumina substrate. The junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C. The device is surface mounted in a SOT-23-3 (TO-236) package. The 2N7002LT7G is RoHS compliant, Pb-free, and halogen free, suitable for use in a variety of consumer and industrial electronics.
