The 2DB1386Q-13 is a PNP medium power transistor manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It features a minimum collector-emitter breakdown voltage of -20V and a minimum collector-base breakdown voltage of -30V, with a maximum continuous collector current of -5A and peak pulse current of -10A. The transistor offers a DC current gain (hFE) of 120 minimum at 500mA and 2V, and a low saturation voltage of -1V maximum at 4A collector current and 100mA base current.
