The 2A07-T is a 2.0A standard recovery rectifier diode from Diodes Incorporated, part of the 2A01-2A07 series. It has a peak repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM) of 1000V and an average rectified output current (IO) of 2.0A when leads are maintained at ambient temperature 9.5mm from the case. The forward voltage (VFM) is 1.1V maximum at 2.0A, and the non-repetitive peak forward surge current (IFSM) is 70A for an 8.3ms single half sine-wave.
The device is housed in a DO-15 (DO-204AC) axial leaded through-hole package with a bright tin terminal finish and cathode band polarity marking. It is RoHS compliant and has a UL 94V-0 flammability rated molded plastic case. The operating junction temperature range is -65°C to +150°C.
Typical applications include general purpose rectification in power supplies, converters, and other AC-to-DC circuits where standard recovery times are acceptable. The diode's high surge capability and low forward voltage drop make it suitable for demanding applications.
