The Heyco 2881 OCB 1250 is a black split bushing designed for use in 31.75mm (1.250 inch) diameter mounting holes. It is made from Nylon 6/6 (Polyamide PA66) material with a UL94 V-2 flammability rating, suitable for a wide temperature range of -18°C to 105°C.
The split design allows side entry and encirclement of preassembled harnesses, capillary tubes, computer cables, power cords, or other assemblies that have segments larger than the bushing's inside diameter. It can also be assembled into holes that already contain cable, wire, or other filaments.
The bushing snap-locks into the mounting hole with fingertip pressure. It accommodates panel thicknesses up to 3.18mm (0.125 inches). The inside diameter is 26.67mm and the head diameter is 34.1mm. It is available in bulk packaging of 5000 pieces or small packs of 50 pieces.
The mounting hole diameter is 31.75mm (1.250 inches).
