The Phoenix Contact 2838885 is a base element designed for Type 2 surge arresters within the VALVETRAB MS product series. This specific version is intended for 3-phase power supply systems where Neutral (N) and Protective Earth (PE) conductors are installed separately.
Constructed with PBT/PA housing material and rated V0 for flammability according to UL 94, this DIN rail module offers a degree of protection of IP20. It features a two-section, divisible design and mounts onto a standard 35 mm DIN rail. The module has 4 positions and operates within an ambient temperature range of -40 °C to 80 °C.
