The TE Connectivity 280223-2 is a quick disconnect receptacle terminal designed for reliable wire connections in various applications. It accepts 10-11 AWG wire (4 – 6.63 mm²) and features a mating tab width of 0.375 inch (9.53 mm) and thickness of 1.19 mm. The terminal is made of brass with a tin plating for good conductivity and corrosion resistance.
The non-insulated, open barrel design with F-crimp termination ensures secure attachment. It includes wire insulation support and accepts insulation diameters from 3.81 to 5.08 mm. The operating temperature range is -40 to 110°C, making it suitable for demanding environments.
