The Fair-Rite 2743007111 is a ferrite bead designed for broadband suppression applications from 25 to 300 MHz. It features a typical impedance of 158 Ω at 100 MHz, with minimum impedance of 96 Ω at 25 MHz and typical 143 Ω at 250 MHz. The bead is constructed on a single line using 22 AWG oxygen-free high conductivity copper wire with tin plating over nickel undercoating.
This bead-on-lead component is supplied in an axial through-hole package measuring 3.50 mm diameter by 9.50 mm length. It operates over a wide temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, making it suitable for demanding environments. The part uses Fair-Rite's 43 material, optimized for broadband frequencies.
Typical applications include EMI suppression in power lines and signal lines where high impedance at high frequencies is required. The axial lead design allows for easy insertion into printed circuit boards or wire harnesses.
