The 25CTQ035 is a center tap Schottky rectifier diode array from Vishay High Power Products, featuring two 15A diodes in a common cathode configuration. It is designed for very low forward voltage drop, with a maximum forward voltage of 0.56V at 15A and 0.71V at 30A at 25°C. The device supports a maximum average rectified current of 30A total, and can handle non-repetitive surge currents up to 990A per leg.
This rectifier is optimized for high frequency operation and reliable performance up to 150°C junction temperature. It features a guard ring for enhanced ruggedness and long-term reliability, and is qualified for industrial level applications. The device is available in a TO-220-3 through-hole package, suitable for standard PCB mounting.
Typical applications include switching power supplies, converters, freewheeling diodes, and reverse battery protection. The low forward voltage drop and high surge capability make it suitable for power rectification and OR-ing circuits.
The maximum DC reverse voltage is 35V.
The maximum average rectified current is 30A total for both legs at 50% duty cycle and Tc = 102°C.
The maximum forward voltage is 0.56V at 15A and 0.71V at 30A at 25°C, per leg.
The 25CTQ035 is available in a TO-220-3 through-hole package.
The operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C.
The diode configuration is 1 pair common cathode.
The maximum non-repetitive surge current is 990A per leg for a 5µs sine pulse, and 250A per leg for a 10ms sine pulse.
