The 3M 2540-5002UB is a 40-position header connector with male pins arranged in 2 rows at a 2.54mm pitch and row spacing. It features a shrouded 4-wall design with a keying slot for polarization and push-pull fastening. The insulation is black polycyclohexylenedimethylene terephthalate (PCT) with glass filling, rated UL94 V-0 for flammability. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to 105°C.
