The Wago 250-408 is an 8-pole PCB terminal block from the 250 Series, designed with a 2.5mm pin spacing and Push-in CAGE CLAMP® connection technology. This screwless push-button terminal block allows tool-less insertion of solid and fine-stranded conductors (0.14 to 0.5 mm²) without the need for ferrule preparation. The strip length required is 8.5 to 9.5 mm.

 

Electrical ratings include 5A/300V for UL/CSA Use Group B, and 4A/160V under IEC/EN 60664-1 (overvoltage category III, pollution degree 3). The rated impulse withstand voltage is 2.5 kV. Contact surfaces are tin-plated, and the housing is gray. The mating orientation is 45° (135°) angle with the board, and the assembly method is through-hole (THT).

 

Dimensions are 21.5 mm (width) x 16.7 mm (height) x 12 mm (depth). The terminal block is suitable for a variety of PCB interconnect applications in industrial controls, building automation, and sensor/actuator wiring. Compliance with RoHS3, REACH, and MSL 1 is indicated but unverified.
