The Wago 250-204 is a 4-pole PCB terminal block from the 250 Series, featuring Push-in CAGE CLAMP® connection technology for fast, tool-less wiring of solid and fine-stranded conductors. It accepts wire sizes from 16 to 24 AWG (0.2 to 1.5 mm²) and requires a strip length of 8.5 to 9.5 mm. The terminal block is rated for 8 A at 300 V per UL 1059 (Use Group B) and 8 A at 250 V per IEC/EN 60664-1 (Overvoltage Category III, Pollution Degree 3). CSA ratings provide 10 A at 300 V for Use Groups B and D.
With a 3.5 mm pin spacing and a 45° conductor entry angle, this component is optimized for space-constrained PCB layouts. The through-hole (THT) mounting ensures reliable soldering, and the gray housing is compact at 15.5 x 16.7 x 12 mm. Push-button actuation simplifies conductor insertion and release, making it suitable for industrial control, building automation, and lighting applications.
