| Wire Termination |
This PCB terminal block (item number 250-202) streamlines wire connections, making them both quick and easy. It is a universal connector that can be used practically anywhere, for example, as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. Ensure that the strip lengths are between 8.5 and 9.5 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block.
This product incorporates one conductor terminal and utilizes Push-in CAGE CLAMP®. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® connection technology is ideal for connecting all conductor types. Solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules can be inserted without the need for tools—all thanks to its pluggable design. The dimensions are (8.5 x 16.7 x 12) mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the type of conductor, this PCB terminal block is ideal for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.2 mm² to 1.5 mm². Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. A push-button is used to operate this PCB terminal block.
The PCB terminal block is designed for THT soldering. The conductor is designed to be inserted into the board at a 45° angle. Electrical ratings include 8 A / 250 V (IEC/EN, overvoltage category III, pollution degree 3) and 8 A / 300 V (UL 1059 Use Group B). The rated impulse withstand voltage is 4 kV. Wire gauge ranges from 0.2 to 1.5 mm² for solid and fine-stranded conductors, and 0.25 to 1 mm² for fine-stranded conductors with insulated ferrule.
