The Microchip Technology 24LC024H-I/ST is a 2 Kbit Serial Electrically Erasable PROM (EEPROM) designed for low-power operation, supporting supply voltages down to 1.7V. It is organized as a single block of 256 x 8-bit memory and communicates via a 2-wire serial interface bus compatible with I2C standards.

Key features include Schmitt trigger inputs for noise suppression, output slope control, and compatibility with both 100 kHz and 400 kHz I2C protocols, with 1 MHz compatibility for the LC variant. The device offers a page write buffer capable of holding up to 16 bytes and a self-timed write cycle with auto-erase.
