The Microchip Technology 24AA024H-I/P is a 2 Kbit Serial Electrically Erasable PROM (EEPROM) designed for low-power applications, operating with a single supply voltage as low as 1.7V. This device is organized as a single block of 256 x 8 bits, offering a memory size of 2 Kbit.
