The 245NQ015 is a high current Schottky rectifier module from Vishay General Semiconductor, optimized for ultra low forward voltage drop. Rated for 240A average forward current with a max DC reverse voltage of 15V and a working peak reverse voltage of 25V.
Typical forward voltage drop is 0.34V at 240A and junction temperature 75°C, and 0.44V at 480A. The module supports non-repetitive peak surge currents up to 20,000A and features a junction temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
The D-67 Half-Pak chassis mount package uses a lug terminal anode and base cathode configuration. The design includes a guard ring for enhanced ruggedness and high temperature epoxy encapsulation for moisture resistance.
