The Molex 245130-0820 is a Nano-Fit-to-Nano-Fit off-the-shelf (OTS) overmolded cable assembly designed for power wire-to-board applications. It features dual-row female-to-female connectors with 8 loaded circuits, a 2.0m cable length, and 20 AWG UL 2464 wire. The contacts are crimp-terminated with matte tin plating (2.540µm minimum) on both mating and termination interfaces.
Rated for 8.0A maximum per contact and 250V AC/DC, this assembly supports reliable power delivery in confined spaces. The 2.50mm pitch mating interface and locking mechanism ensure secure connections. The overmolded construction provides strain relief and environmental protection.
Packaged in a bag, the assembly weighs 166.930g and uses a black nylon resin housing. It mates with Nano-Fit vertical through-hole headers (1053101108, 1053121108), right-angle through-hole headers (1053141108), vertical SMT headers (1054291108), right-angle SMT headers (1054051108), and plug housings (2014441108, 2014441208).
