The Wago 235-756 is a 1-pole stackable PCB terminal block from the 235 series, designed for custom terminal strip assemblies. It features PUSH WIRE push-in spring connection for fast, tool-free termination of solid conductors from 0.5 to 2.5 mm² (20 to 14 AWG). The pin spacing is adjustable between 7.5 mm and 7.62 mm by compressing or pulling apart terminal strips, allowing metric or inch compatibility.
Electrical ratings include 24 A at 400 V (IEC/EN 60664-1, overvoltage category III, pollution degree 3) and 10 A at 300 V (UL 1059, use group B). The terminal block is rated for a surge voltage of 6 kV. It accepts fine-stranded conductors with insulated or uninsulated ferrules from 0.25 to 1.5 mm².
The housing is made of orange polyamide PA66 with a V0 flammability rating per UL94. Contacts are electrolytic copper with tin plating, and the clamping spring is chrome-nickel spring steel. The component is through-hole mounted with two solder pins per potential (0.8 x 0.4 mm, 3.6 mm length) for high mechanical stability. The drilled hole diameter is 1.0 mm (+0.1 mm). Weight is 0.9 g.
