22251C125KAT2A is a multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) from Kyocera AVX. It provides 1.2 µF capacitance with ±10% tolerance and a rated voltage of 100V. The X7R dielectric supports a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
This capacitor comes in a 2225 (5763 metric) surface-mount package measuring 5.72 mm long, 6.35 mm wide, and 2.54 mm maximum thick. The large case size enables higher capacitance at elevated voltage ratings, making it suitable for general-purpose applications such as filtering, bypassing, and decoupling.
