The 22251C105MAT2A from Kyocera AVX is a surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with a capacitance of 1µF and a DC voltage rating of 100V. It uses an X7R dielectric which provides a capacitance change of ±15% over an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
This component is housed in a 2225 (5763 Metric) package measuring 5.72mm x 6.35mm with a maximum thickness of 1.52mm. Terminations are plated with nickel and tin. The capacitor is supplied on a 7-inch reel for automated assembly.
X7R ceramic capacitors are suitable for general purpose applications requiring moderate capacitance stability over temperature and voltage variations. The part is RoHS compliant and has an MSL rating of 1 (unlimited).
