The 22205C105KAT1A is a multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) from Kyocera AVX, featuring a capacitance of 1 µF and a rated voltage of 50V. It uses X7R dielectric material, which provides stable capacitance over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a capacitance variation of ±15%.
