The Heyco 2184SP is a split bushing from the Open/Closed Universal Bushing (OCUB) series. Its split design allows side entry and encirclement of preassembled harnesses, power cords, and capillary tubes. The bushing can be snap-locked into the mounting hole with fingertip pressure. Locking fingers accommodate panel thicknesses up to 0.125" (3.18mm). Flexible shutters adjust to support cable diameters from 0.125" to 1.000" (25.4mm). The bushing is made of black nylon 6/6 with a UL94 V-2 flammability rating. Operating temperature range is -4°F to 221°F (-18°C to 105°C). It is RoHS3 and REACH compliant (unverified). The bushing absorbs vibration, cushions, and insulates cables, tubing, hoses, or shafts. Mounting hole diameter is 1.375" (34.93mm).
