The Littelfuse 20KPA32CA is a bidirectional TVS diode designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It offers a peak pulse power dissipation of 20kW (10/1000μs waveform) and features a reverse standoff voltage of 32V with a clamping voltage of 54.3V at 372A peak pulse current. The device has a fast response time of less than 1.0ps and provides ESD protection up to 30kV (air and contact) per IEC 61000-4-2. It is housed in a P600 axial leaded package for through-hole mounting and operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 175°C. Typical applications include protection of I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other vulnerable circuits in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronics.
