The 20CJQ100 is a Schottky rectifier diode array from Vishay, featuring two 1 A diodes in a common cathode configuration. It is designed for high-frequency operation with a very low forward voltage drop of 0.79 V typical at 1 A and 25 °C. The device offers high surge current capability with a non-repetitive peak surge current of 380 A per leg (5 µs sine) and 22 A per leg (10 ms sine). Junction capacitance is 45 pF typical, making it suitable for fast switching applications.
The 20CJQ100 is housed in a compact SOT-223 surface mount package with a small footprint and low profile. The operating junction temperature range is -55 °C to 175 °C. A guard ring design enhances ruggedness and long-term reliability.
