The 203CMQ100 is a Schottky rectifier diode from SMC Diode Solutions, part of the 203CMQ series. It features a common cathode configuration with two diodes in a single PRM4 isolated package. Each leg is rated for an average rectified current of 100A at a case temperature of 110°C, with a total device current of 200A. The repetitive reverse voltage is 100V. Forward voltage is 860 mV at 100A and 25°C, and 700 mV at 100A and 125°C. Reverse leakage current is 3 mA at 25°C and 40 mA at 125°C. The device can handle non-repetitive surge currents up to 2520A per leg. Non-repetitive avalanche energy is 15 mJ per leg. Junction capacitance is 2400 pF typical. dV/dt rating is 10000 V/µs.
