The Bourns 2036-35-B2LF is a miniature 3-pole gas discharge tube (GDT) from the 2036 series. It features a DC sparkover voltage of 350 V with ±20% tolerance at 100 V/s. The impulse sparkover is 600 V at 100 V/μs and 750 V at 1000 V/μs.
This GDT can handle impulse discharge currents up to 10 kA (8/20 μs) for more than 10 operations, and up to 20 kA for a single operation. It has a low capacitance of less than 2 pF at 1 MHz and high insulation resistance greater than 10 GΩ at 100 V.
