The Heyco 2000 is a black nylon 6/6 snap bushing designed to convert raw-edged holes into smooth, insulated holes. It is intended for use with cables and wires, providing mechanical protection and insulation. The bushing fits a circular panel cutout of 0.250" (6.35mm) diameter and accommodates panel thicknesses up to 0.040" (1.0mm). It has an inside diameter of 0.140" (3.56mm) and a head diameter of 0.31" (7.9mm). The overall height is 0.31" (7.9mm). The bushing features a snap-fit mounting and can withstand a push back force of 35 lb. The material is polyamide (PA66) with a UL94 V-2 flammability rating.
