The 1SV263-TL-E is a single PIN diode from On Semiconductor designed for VHF, UHF and AGC applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 50V and forward current of 50mA. The diode offers low interterminal capacitance of 0.4pF max at 50V and 1MHz, and a low forward series resistance of 4.5Ω max at 10mA and 100MHz. Typical values are 0.23pF and 2.5Ω respectively.
Packaged in a compact MCP (SC-70, SOT-323) surface-mount package, the device supports high-density mounting. It is supplied in tape and reel with 3,000 pieces per reel. The junction temperature rating is 125°C maximum, with a storage temperature range of -55 to +125°C.
