The Toshiba 1SS427 is a silicon epitaxial planar switching diode designed for ultra-high-speed switching applications. It offers a maximum peak reverse voltage of 85 V and a maximum reverse voltage of 80 V. The device can handle a peak forward current of 200 mA and an average rectified current of 100 mA.
Key electrical characteristics include a typical forward voltage of 0.62 V at 1 mA, 0.75 V at 10 mA, and a maximum of 1.20 V at 100 mA. Reverse current is typically 0.1 µA at 30 V and 0.5 µA at 80 V. The diode features a very fast reverse recovery time of 1.6 ns typical at 10 mA and a low total capacitance of 0.3 pF at 0 V.
