The 1SS400GT2R is a standard switching diode from ROHM Semiconductor designed for general-purpose rectification and high-speed switching applications. It features a maximum DC reverse voltage of 80V and an average rectified forward current of 100mA. The diode exhibits a forward voltage drop of 1.2V at 100mA and a fast reverse recovery time of 4ns, making it suitable for small-signal switching circuits.
This device is housed in a compact SOD-723 surface mount package (VMD2 supplier package) and supports an operating junction temperature up to 150°C. It is supplied on tape and reel with 8000 pieces per reel, using electro conductive polycarbonate/A-PET carrier tape on a 180mm diameter reel.
