The 1SS361LP3-7 is an ultra-small leadless surface mount switching diode from Diodes Incorporated. It features a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 80V and an average rectified output current of 100mA. The forward voltage is 1.23V max at 100mA, with reverse leakage current of 0.5µA at 30V and 1µA at 80V. Reverse recovery time is 4ns, and typical capacitance is 3pF, enabling fast switching in high-frequency applications.
The diode is housed in a X3-DFN0603-2 package (0.6x0.3x0.3mm) which is ideal for compact electronics. The device is qualified for surface mount assembly and is rated for operation from -65°C to 150°C. Power dissipation is 250mW with a thermal resistance of 500°C/W junction-to-ambient.
