The 1SS355VMTE-17 is a general-purpose standard rectifier diode from ROHM Semiconductor, designed for small-signal switching applications.
This diode features a maximum reverse voltage of 80V and an average rectified forward current of 100mA. It offers a fast reverse recovery time of 4ns, making it suitable for high-speed switching circuits. The forward voltage is rated at 1.2V at 100mA, and the device exhibits a typical junction capacitance of 3pF at 0.5V and 1MHz.
Housed in a compact surface-mount UMD2 package (SC-90, SOD-323F), the 1SS355VMTE-17 is ideal for space-constrained designs. The operating temperature range extends up to 150°C maximum.
This diode is commonly used in general-purpose rectification, signal clamping, and high-speed switching in consumer and industrial electronic equipment. RoHS3 compliant and REACH unaffected.
