The 1SS355TE-17 is a standard switching diode from ROHM Semiconductor, designed for general purpose rectification and switching applications. Rated for 80V DC reverse voltage and 100mA average forward current, this diode delivers efficient signal switching with a fast 4ns reverse recovery time.
