The 1SMC5.0AT3G is a Zener transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode from Littelfuse Inc. It is designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from high voltage transients.
It features a working peak reverse voltage of 5 V and a breakdown voltage of 6.4 V. The clamping voltage is 9.2 V at a peak pulse current of 163 A.
