The 1SMC20AT3 is a 1500W peak power Zener transient voltage suppressor from ON Semiconductor's 1SMC5.0AT3 series. It is designed to protect sensitive electronic components from high voltage transients. This unidirectional device offers a working peak reverse voltage of 20V, a nominal breakdown voltage of 22.2V, and a clamping voltage of 32.4V at a peak pulse current of 46.3A.
