The 1SMB9.0AT3G is a unidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode from On Semiconductor designed for general purpose circuit protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 9V, a minimum breakdown voltage of 10V, and a maximum clamping voltage of 15.4V at 39A peak pulse current (10/1000µs waveform). With a peak pulse power rating of 600W, it provides robust protection against voltage transients. The device has a typical capacitance of 1605 pF at 1 MHz, making it suitable for lower frequency applications. It is housed in a surface mount DO-214AA (SMB) package and operates over a temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.
