The 1SMB5955BT3G is a 180V Zener voltage regulator diode from On Semiconductor's 1SMB59xxBT3G series. It is rated for 3W maximum steady state power dissipation at a lead temperature of 75°C, with a derating factor of 40 mW/°C above 75°C.
