The 1SMB5954BT3G is a 3W surface mount Zener voltage regulator diode from On Semiconductor, part of the 1SMB59xxBT3G series. It features a nominal zener voltage of 160V with ±5% tolerance, a maximum power dissipation of 3W at 75°C lead temperature, and a maximum impedance of 700Ω. Reverse leakage current is 1 µA at 121.6V, and forward voltage is 1.5V at 200mA.
The device is housed in a DO-214AA (SMB) package with a modified L-bend lead design for improved contact area.
