The 1SMB5949BT3 is a 100V Zener diode from On Semiconductor's 1SMB59xxBT3 series, designed for voltage regulation in surface mount applications. It offers a nominal Zener voltage of 100V with a tolerance of ±5% and a maximum Zener impedance of 250 Ω at the test current.
