The 1SMB5935BT3G is a 27V Zener diode from onsemi's 1SMB59xxBT3G series of 3W plastic surface mount voltage regulators. It offers a nominal Zener voltage of 27V with ±5% tolerance and a maximum Zener impedance of 23 Ω at IZT.
