The 1SMB5927BT3G is a 12V Zener diode from On Semiconductor, part of the 1SMB59xxBT3G series. It offers a nominal Zener voltage of 12V with ±5% tolerance and a maximum power dissipation of 3W at 75°C lead temperature.
