The 1SMB5923BT3G is a 3W surface mount Zener voltage regulator diode from onsemi's 1SMB59xxBT3G series. It provides a nominal Zener voltage of 8.2V with ±5% tolerance and a maximum impedance of 3.5Ω at the test current.
