The 1SMB5913BT3G is a 3.3V Zener diode from On Semiconductor's 1SMB59xxBT3G series. It offers a power dissipation of 3W at lead temperature of 75°C, with a maximum impedance of 10Ω at the Zener test current. The device features a tolerance of ±5% and a forward voltage of 1.5V at 200mA.
